I didn't realise my subscription was recurring. Can I have a refund?

Our policy, which is outlined in our “Terms of Use” states that subscriptions are recurring and set to renew automatically on the anniversary of the sign-up date, based on your chosen subscription.

By creating an account, you agreed that you had read and accepted our Terms of Use which included this information. 

As your account was not set to cancel prior to your renewal date, payment has been deducted.

While we are unable to provide a refund for the recent charge, if you’d like to cancel your subscription at the end of your paid access period, you can do so via the website.
