How do i find the calorie and macro breakdowns of a meal?
To view the total calorie and macro breakdown of any recipe, simply tap the 'See Nutrition' (i) icon when in the recipe. The information shown is based on one serving and will automatically adjust according to your goal and selected gender.
Can I add snacks to the shopping list?
Unfortunately you can’t add snacks to the shopping list, but you can add the foods you need for your snacks by utilising the ‘+ Add Items’ button at the top of the shopping list page.
What should I snack on?
