We want our snacks to be nutritious and fuelling. For quick snacks, think along the lines of:
Small handful of nuts and/or seeds
2 hard-boiled eggs
Greek yoghurt and berries (1/2 cup yoghurt with 1/3 cup of berries)
Veggie sticks and dip (cucumber, carrot, celery and/or capsicum)
A piece of any fruit (up to 2 per day)
Coffee with milk
Seed crackers with dip
Rice cakes with nut butter, avocado or tuna
Roast chickpeas or beans
A cup of vegetable soup
