What should I snack on?

We want our snacks to be nutritious and fuelling. For quick snacks, think along the lines of: 
  • Small handful of nuts and/or seeds
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Greek yoghurt and berries (1/2 cup yoghurt with 1/3 cup of berries)
  • Veggie sticks and dip (cucumber, carrot, celery and/or capsicum)
  • A piece of any fruit (up to 2 per day)
  • Coffee with milk
  • Seed crackers with dip
  • Rice cakes with nut butter, avocado or tuna
  • Roast chickpeas or beans
  • A cup of vegetable soup
