Why are there so many workouts on my planner for one day? Do I need to do them all?

If you have chosen a program, you will find that the first workout in your "Move" section is the prescribed workout for that program. 

However, we know that everyday is different and we like to provide you options in your daily planner to choose from if you are feeling like something else might be your jam for that day.

As you scroll across,  you will find alternative workouts that you may prefer for that day or, if you would like to do more than one workout, you can choose from one of these options, or choose a workout from our workout library via the "Search" function instead.
