What workouts and programs are available?

Our workouts are designed to raise your heart rate, strengthen your muscles, challenge your stamina and get you out of your comfort zone so we can have you feeling fantastic in 28 days! 

We have a variety of workouts available on 28 to suit a wide range of goals and interests, each workout is guided by our 19 expert trainers.
Our workouts include Boxing, Barre, Cardio, Circuit, Dance, HIIT, Low Impact, Menopause focused, Pilates, Poomsae, Postnatal, Pregnancy, Strength, Stretch, Yoga and even some workouts for the Kids!
You can find plenty of workouts in "Search" which houses our workout library that you can filter through. 

We also have bonus classes each week in your carousel, including dance classes, boxing and functional training!

Want to learn to run? We even have a running feature which is suitable for all levels (includes interval and free runs).

- Complete Wellness - Get access to your choice of HIIT, cardio, strength, yoga, pilates and more, every day. You choose from your carousel. It features workouts from sam and the whole team of trainers. 
- 12 Week Menopause - A 12 week expert-led menopause program. Tania will help you build the strength, toolkit, mindset you need to feel your best during menopause. 
- 10-Minutes Max - A 4 week program designed for people who want quick, but effective workouts. This program consists of 4 x 10 minute workouts a week. 
- Take off with Max - Our 7 day holiday program designed to be your go-to for your home away from home workouts. 
- Shape up - Shape up in just 28 days. A focused 28-day program designed to get the most out of you in just a short period of time. Want to look and feel great for a special event, this is the place to start. 
- Pregnancy - Expert-led pregnancy program designed specifically for pregnancy. 
- Postnatal - Expert-led postnatal program that helps you build back that foundation of you. 
- Challenge program - Get access to your choice of HIIT, cardio, strength, yoga, pilates and more, every day. You choose from your carousel. It features workouts from sam and the whole team of trainers.
- 8 Week Challenge program - Starting every Monday you can join the 8 week challenge group. A great way to kick start your journey or challenge yourself. The best transformation at the end of 8 weeks will receive our cash prize.
