What is the average daily calorie intake on each goal setting?

Which is why our amazing nutrition team make sure the macronutrient balance of our meal plans are just right so you never has to worry about counting calories.

However as a guide, the approximate total daily calorie totals (including snacks) are: 

Female
Weight Loss: 1,200 - 1,600
Strength (weight maintenance): 1,600-2,000

Male
Weight Loss: 2,200 - 2,400
Strength (weight maintenance):  2,400 - 2,600
