What are the program goal options?

28 has two main focuses that you’re able to choose from–depending on what your goals are–these are weight loss or healthy weight maintenance.

We also have a pregnancy and postnatal program that are designed to keep you healthy and strong throughout these special times. Along with a great Menopause program if you are at that stage of life.

If weight loss isn’t your main goal, select ‘healthy weight maintenance’ as your goal.

Our Nutrition team, have designed the eating plan to complement your goals. The two nutrition streams include: Weight Loss if you’re keen to lose a few kilos, or Healthy Weight Maintenance if you want to tone up, get strong and stay healthy.

The streams ensure that nutritional combinations and total calories are geared to your expected energy output: helping you put the right stuff in so you can get the best out.

You can select this option in the sign up process or via the ‘profile’ page of your account, under the ‘preferred focus’ section of the settings tab.
