Other than water, what can I drink?

On top of your daily water consumption, some other things you might enjoy are:

  • Up to 2 caffeinated beverages: coffee and/or black, green or white tea.
  • Unlimited herbal tea.
  • Kombucha, keep it to a maximum of 100ml per day if you’re having this regularly.
  • Sparkling water, plain or infused with fruit of your choice.
