I've requested to join the Facebook Community but I'm still waiting, how come?

The 28 Facebook Community is a one-of-a-kind safe and inclusive space for all our 28ers. We work hard to keep it this way. If your request hasn’t been accepted yet, hang tight, there could be a few reasons.

1. The 28 Crew work around the clock, but sometimes we are busy. We appreciate your patience and will have all requests to join reviewed as soon as possible.

2. Is your Facebook name different to your 28 subscription name? If so, please email us at hello@28bysamwood so we can look into your request for you. Your request to join is reviewed against your active subscription details.

3. You don’t have an active 28 membership. Our 28 Facebook Community is exclusively for active members of the program. You will need to be an active participant of the program to be accepted into the Facebook Group.
