What if I don’t like a meal in my plan?

We believe all our meals are delicious, but sometimes a swap is needed and that’s easy! With over a 1,000 recipes to choose from, you can swap meals using our swap feature for convenience, time, taste, family preferences, or even if you forgot to shop, all without affecting your program goals.

You can also swap ingredients you don’t like for similar alternatives, like one veggie for another or a different herb, to make each meal suit your tastes.

To swap a meal from your weekly recommended meal plan, click on the recipe you wish to swap, click the two rotating arrows on the top of the screen, then select either from Sams recommended Top Swaps, your favourites or search for a new recipes. 

A tip** - we recommend swapping 'like for like' this means you should swap a salad for a salad, or a soup for a soup and so on. This can help you keep on target.
