I forgot to cancel before my renewal date. Can I have a refund?

Memberships need to be cancelled 24 hours before your next payment/renewal date.

If you have forgotten to cancel in this time, we are unable to offer you a refund.

Note, if your subscription was created via the website, you will need to cancel via the website. If it was created via the App, you will need to cancel via the App.
