I am recovering from an injury. Can I still do 28 workouts?
As always, we would recommend you to be guided by your health care team when it comes to your personal health, fitness and/or recovery journey.
However, if you have received clearance from your health care team, the great news is that 28 by Sam Wood is designed to be flexible.
We have a great low-impact program and beginner-friendly modifications/workouts that can help you stay active while you recover.
