How to select my fitness level?

No matter where you are in your fitness journey–just starting out or pushing towards new goals– our workouts are designed to challenge and inspire you.
Even if you’re just starting out or aiming for the next level, you can choose to level up or down at any time via your “profile” page.

Our levels include:
  1. Low impact – 40 seconds on / 20 seconds off): Gentle yet effective. Perfect for steady progress with minimal impact. Perfect for sore joints, or post injury recovery
  2. Rookie – (20 seconds on/ 40 seconds off): Feel the burn with quick, powerful burst. Perfect for beginners or those coming back into fitness from a pause.
  3. Player – (30 seconds on/ 30 seconds off): A balance challenge for those who want to push their limits, without over doing it.
  4. Hotshot – (40 seconds on/ 20 seconds off): For the daring–shorter recovery, higher intensity and a real test of your stamina,
  5. Champion – (50 seconds on/ 10 seconds off): A true challenge for seasoned pros craving a fierce workout. It’s intense, it’s fast-paced and its rewarding.     
  6. Maniac – 28 mins ON! The ultimate test. Zero breaks, zero limits. Are you ready to conquer it?

Each workout, in each level, has been crafted to keep you motivated, push your boundaries, level up and celebrate your progress. Get ready to transform you fitness, one incredible session at a time.

You can level up or down your training level on the app at any time based on what you need and your goals. This can be done via the app:

  • Tap “Profile” in the bottom right corner.
  • Go “Settings” cog in the top right corner.
  • Tap “Workout Settings”.
  • Navigate to “Training Level”.
  • Swipe left or right to find your desired training level and tap on your choice.
  • Select ‘Done’ in the top right corner.
