The 8 Week Challenge allows you to follow the workouts and meals set for you in your planner over 8 weeks for you to achieve the best results.
Each day you will find a range of workouts to choose from in your carousel, along with your meal plan for the day.
You will start at Level 1 and progressively work your way up and unlock each level after 8 weeks.
Set yourself some achievable goals to focus on over the next 8 weeks. Remember, these do not have to be HUGE goals.We are all about progress not perfection.
The 8 week challenge is about creating a fantastic foundation to your health and wellness before progressing and pushing yourself beyond your usual efforts—with extra motivation and support from Sam, Sam’s Crew and the 28 Community, you will be well on your way to a healthier, happier you in just 8 weeks time.
There’s even a cash prize for the best transformation.
Any active 28 member can join in on an 8 week challenge at no extra cost.
