How do I select or change to the postnatal program?

After you’ve given birth to your beautiful bub and once you’ve received clearance from your health care team, you can follow our postnatal program by selecting it via one of the following ways.

During sign up:

Please select the ‘Are you postnatal’ option while you’re filling out the onboarding questionnaire as a new member.

As an existing member:

To change into our Postnatal program, please access the program via the app, click 'View all programs' > scroll to select our Postnatal program > click Start Program and click Switch Program.
