How do I cancel my Chefgood subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before 11.30pm Monday cut off via the website.

Once logged in go to My Account (top right hand corner Home Page) > Manage Subscription > Pause or Cancel.
Customers must do this prior to Monday to avoid being charged.

Late cancellations for that weeks order (after Monday cut off up to COB Tuesday) incur a 50% cancellation fee. (Week prior if you receive a Tuesday delivery)

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT cancel subscriptions for our customers or accept cancellation by email, it MUST be done by the customer through their online account.
