The Better Shop comes are part of your 28 by Sam Wood subscription. 

Once you are logged into your 28 account, if on the website, head to the side menu and you can select thebettershop from there. 
If you are on the app, scroll down to the heading "More", and slide across until you find The Better Shop tile and tap.
