Help - I forgot my password!
No problem at all! Simply click where it says “Forgot Password?” and the crew will send you a reset link. Too easy!
Website: Step 1 - Go to "Log In" on website > select "Forgot your password?"
Step 2: Enter email address your subscription was under > click "send me reset password instructions".
App: Tap App > select "Log In" > Tap "I forgot my password" > enter subscribed email address > Tap "Send Reset Password email".
