The workouts are designed to get you back into it post birth and we have worked with woman’s health physiotherapist Chloe Lorback to ensure they’re safe for you.
Through low impact workouts, you’ll build up your fitness and strength once again. We’ve also added some great post-natal Pilates and Yoga sessions that we know you’ll just love.
Our Head Nutritionist has designed the meal plan to be suitable for both breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding mums. If you are breastfeeding, we do also recommend snacking alongside your 28 meals.
On our postnatal program, you’ll find a range of articles and videos from our experts to support you through this time and equip you with the information you need.
