Why are some items not available?
This means that Woolworths does not stock this particular item at that time and you will have to source it from a specialty shop or manually add in a brand alternative. Check out our article with more on advice on "Woolworths Unavailable Products".
What if an item isn’t in stock?
If an item isn’t in stock, you can use the ‘Swap to another product’ button to select one that is in stock. Alternatively, you can use a similar product that you may already be purchasing or have in your pantry/fridge.
How do I swap items for another product or brand?
To swap an item, you can click on the button with two arrows in a circle, in the top right corner of that ingredient tile. This will bring up a pop up where you can search for another option. On some products, you’ll also see that there are one or ...
How do I link my Woolworths account?
Woolworths shopping is available directly via your website login here. Woolworths account by clicking the Woolworths button in the top right corner of the online shopping page. If you don’t have a Woolworths account, you can also create one there.
