The challenge follows the existing 28 program, but there are added Facebook live workouts with Sam. A challenge is a great way to challenge yourself. Set yourself a goal, commit to yourself for just 8 weeks. When we want to make progress in our own journeys, it's important to set a realistic, individual, achievable, measurable goal for yourself.
Any active member of 28 can take part in the challenge and it's no extra cost so we recommend registering for some extra accountability.
