Our 8 week challenge follows your 28 program, so your meals, shopping list and exercises will stay the same once registered.
The 8 Week Challenge is all about following along your 28 program and being active in completing the workouts and meal plan throughout this period. We recommend setting some achievable goals to work towards and focusing your efforts on an 8 week window to see what progress you can make happen using our 28 program and content!
The 8 Week Challenge encourages 28ers to push harder, beyond their usual day to day efforts to work towards achieving their health and fitness goals. It's layered with extra motivational content, and there's even a cash prize for the best transformation at the end!
There is also added support from Sam’s Crew and the whole 28 community.
Any active member of 28 can take part in the challenge and it's no extra cost so we recommend registering for some extra accountability.
