When you are in the first 8 Weeks of your program, the reason you don’t have access to the customised workouts is because this program is designed to give you immediate results while easing you into the 28 way.
Once you reach your second month you will move over to the regular program and be given the choice to utilise the customised workouts.
The pregnancy and postnatal workouts are designed specifically for these special times and were specifically formulated under the guidance of Sam and Chloe our women’s health physiotherapy expert. For this reason, you don’t have access to the customised workouts throughout this time.
*The customised workouts are only available on the app. If you're on the general program and can't access the customised workouts, please make sure you have the latest version of the app. Please head over to the app store or google play and update your app to have this option available to you.
