It is so important that we always get enough water in our diet to stay hydrated. After all, approximately 60% of our body is comprised of water.
You should aim to drink at least 2 litres of water per day. I always carry a water bottle with me so I don’t forget and ensure I stay hydrated!
Like I always say, remember to listen to your body. This is no different when it comes to drinking water - if you’re thirsty, drink up!
