The workouts are designed to be easy to do from home and require minimal equipment.
We do recommend that you get an exercise mat and some dumbbells to make the most of the exercises. To start, we generally suggest 2kg dumbbells, so then you can work your way up from there.
Some exercises do utilise a step or chair, both of which can generally be found around the house.
Sliders are another bit of equipment that sometimes come up in exercises, you can find them here https://shop.28bysamwood.com/product/28-core-sliders/. Alternatively, you can use socks on floor boards, ice cream container lids on carpet, or modify the exercise accordingly.
