As a member of the 28 program, you can access your program one of two ways:
On Website
Simply head to http://28bysamwood.com and enter your login details. You’ll find your workout and meal plan for the day under ‘Program’ in the menu on the left hand side.
On App
Once you have downloaded the app via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store enter your login details, you will access to your program.
Please note that you are not emailed out the program specifics. We do send out plenty of motivational and bonus content via our emails, but you will need to log into your membership area via the website or app to access the daily workouts and meal plans - too easy!
