You can go up or down a training level by following these simple steps on the app:
- Tap on the person icon in the bottom right corner.
- Go into the settings cog in the top right corner.
- Tap through to Workout Settings.
- Navigate to the ‘Training Level’.
- Swipe left or right to find your desired training level and tap on your choice.
- Select ‘Done’ in the top right corner.
