Unfortunately not. It is completely in your hands how much you’d like to utilise the program and when you sign up you’re making a commitment to yourself.
28 works a bit like a gym membership does, you sign up and the service is there for you, however it’s up to you how much you use it. If you’re not using your account we would recommend that you cancel it and come back when you’re ready, but unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
